Detailed Itinerary - Day by Day:

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha & Optional City Tour

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be met by your safari representative and transferred to Njiro Legacy Hotel. If time allows, you may opt for a guided city tour, including visits to the Cultural Heritage Centre, a local art gallery, and the Maasai Market.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure begins with a 7:40 a.m. departure to Tarangire National Park, famous for its elephants and ancient baobabs. Explore the park in an open-roof vehicle, observing giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, impalas, warthogs, and a variety of bird species. Picnic lunch served at a scenic location within the park. In the late afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full-Day Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha

Depart early at 6:00 a.m. for a full-day exploration of Ngorongoro Crater, home to a dense concentration of wildlife, including black rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes, and hippos. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool before ascending the crater rim and returning to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Njiro Legacy Hotel.

Day 4: Materuni Waterfalls, Coffee Tour & Chemka Hot Springs

Depart at 7:30 a.m. for the Kilimanjaro region, driving through the Kishumundu villages to the lush Materuni Highlands. Hike 45 minutes to Materuni Waterfalls, then enjoy a traditional Chagga coffee experience and tasting. Continue to Chemka Hot Springs, where you can relax in warm, clear waters and experience a natural fish pedicure. Afterward, transfer to the airport for your departure.
