Detailed Itinerary - Day by Day:

Day 1: Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park

Your safari experience begins with an early morning pickup from your Zanzibar hotel, followed by a smooth transfer to the airport. You’ll board a scheduled light aircraft to Arusha, arriving mid-morning.

Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, your private safari guide will welcome you and escort you on a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Renowned for its impressive elephant herds and iconic ancient baobab trees, Tarangire offers a truly classic African safari experience.

Enjoy a leisurely game drive in a private open-roof safari vehicle, exploring savannah plains, seasonal wetlands, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Wildlife sightings may include elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas, elands, warthogs, lions, leopards, and an exceptional variety of birdlife.

In the late afternoon, you’ll continue to your lodge for a relaxed evening, a beautifully prepared dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Zanzibar

You’ll start the day early, departing around 5:00 am with packed breakfast and lunch as you travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Descending into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll spend approximately five hours exploring one of Africa’s most extraordinary natural wildlife sanctuaries. The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and—if fortune smiles—the endangered black rhinoceros.

After this unforgettable safari experience, you’ll ascend the crater rim and transfer to Arusha Airport for your return flight to Zanzibar, concluding your journey in comfort and style.
